    Custom made Yanagi Japanese style kitchen knife by www.tcblades.com 255 mm (blade Length) X 3mm (spine) X 38 mm (heal) Yanagi. This is a Hand made piece. The blade is of top notch o1 carbon steel, damascoid wood grain - deep etched, Dif. heat treated, x3 quenched and normalized to around 60-62 HRC. Hand sharpened and polished on natural & synthetic water stones.
    The handle is 160 mm long, hand made, Cocobolo, Ebony, and copper.The Saya is Acacia wood with Brazilian Cherry peg.

How does it work?

Our knives are hand made"per order". This means that when you pay for an item, and the order is processed, the making of your item will commence. You will be notified by eMail of your order code.The span of time between the moment you pay for the item and the time the item is ready for shipping may change. Our work load progress bar system allows you to determine before your purchase what the approximate waiting period will be from the time of your purchase to the time the item is shipped. The stats are as follows:
