We  are designers and makers of the finest custom made kitchen cutlery in the Middle East. Based in the Southern Negev Region of Israel we provide formidable Japanese & Western style kitchen cutlery made of the finest local and imported materials. We are a family owned business. A small, but top notch operation. All our knives are carefully hand crafted by us, using the most basic and traditional methods. Each knife is made from scratch with our own hands. Unlike many "big names" in the custom knife world, who outsource a big portion of their process, we do everything in house - cut the metal into it's shape, grind the blade, polish it, heat treat it, and make handles and sheaths - all on our own.

It should be understood that we can come close to replicating our creations - but We are happy to entertain various  notions of "style" and "personalization" and often offer our own creative concepts - all in accordance with the customer's wishes, our terms of service, and our current price list.
